These policies help us maintain safe, respectful, and efficient care for every patient. Specific departments may also have additional instructions based on treatment needs, infection-control requirements, and critical care protocols.

Appointments and Arrival

Please share accurate patient information while requesting appointments and arrive with any relevant medical records, prescriptions, and prior reports whenever possible.

Doctor schedules, consultation queues, and emergency demand may affect waiting times. Our team will guide you if rescheduling becomes necessary.

Emergency and Critical Care

Emergency and ICU cases are prioritized according to medical urgency. In time-sensitive situations, patients may be moved quickly for stabilization, diagnostics, or specialist evaluation.

For emergencies, attendants should call the hospital directly or reach the emergency desk as soon as possible.

Visitors and Conduct

Visitors and attendants are expected to follow staff instructions, visiting-hour guidance, hygiene rules, and any ICU or infection-control restrictions in place for patient safety.

Abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior toward patients, staff, or other visitors is not permitted.

Billing and Support

Billing, insurance, TPA, and government-scheme support may vary depending on treatment and eligibility. Our support teams can guide families through the available process and documentation requirements.
